Our apartments are cleaned once in 3 days. A special request for cleaning can be made in peculiar cases

Yes. All our apartments have 24/7 power

All or apartments are fully secured

Can I host a party in the apartment?

No, party houses belong to a different class of listing

Why do I have to send a copy of my ID card?

We need it for proper documentation, contact tracing and in the case of an unforeseen eventuality

Is my ID card safe with your company?

Yes, we run a confidential company and your information is extremely safe with us

Why do I have to pay a caution fee?

It is to forestall damage in any of our apartments.

When will my caution fee be refunded?

24 to 48 hours after checkout, if there is no damage in our property

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, but we require at least 12 hours of notice

No, it does not

Does Ekoshortlets provide pickup and drop-off services at the airport?

No, however our sister company (Holiday Short Stay) provides luxury car rental or car hire services at a fixed daily price(s)
